Creating list of emails in SARE system required to export appropriate contacts groups from Salesforce CRM. It needed from 2 up to 4 hours of manual work before creating every email campaign

Solution

BIZLYNQ automatically exports contacts from Salesforce CRM at scheduled times and then stores them in SARE database before sending each email campaign

Design

Qonnectors used: Scheduler, WebService REST (Salesforce & SARE), E-mail (sending), Exception Catch.

Implementation

Contacts are searched in Salesforce and filtered accordingly to be next sent to SARE (where they are updated or created) .

Deployment

Integration engine and created processes were installed in Amnesty’s infrastructure within 10 minutes.
