What is a Qonnector?

It’s one connection for a certain data point type. It can be either a web app (eg. Evernote, Gmail, Salesforce), or legacy software (eg. Sage), database (eg. MySQL) or a file (XLS, DOC, XML).

What is a Premium Qonnector?

There are bunch of apps which support was abandoned by its developers, but still are being commonly used by many businesses. Quite often this kind of software was created even a dozen years ago.  Those systems are characterized with outdated IT architecture, no API and complicated data storing structure.

That is why we create such Qonnectors only on-demand. At least Advanced pricing plan is required to be able to order such Qonnector. In 19 cases of 20 you are not going to need a premium Qonnector, since modern software is served through standard BIZLYNQ Qonnectors.

What is an Enterprise Qonnector?

It’s an adapter to a much more sophisticated systems, that use own patented data protocols and data storing technologies. Among Enterprise type Qonnectors you can find SAP, IBM or chosen Oracle systems.

Account / Qonnector

One account or one credentials per app you are integrating. It might be login and password, or registered database user – in other words: user authorized to use that software or data. So for example, in BASIC account with 5 Qonnectors you are able to connect 3 users, which means you can use up to 15 connections of different types (5 Qonnectors * 3 accounts = 15 connections).

What is an Instance?

It’s an environment for apps you need to integrate. You might have development, test or production environments, where each one of them is characterized by different parameters and systems.

What is an Admin?

It’s an account type in BIZLYNQ platform, with full authorization to manage any integration processes inside. Admin manages all the BIZLYNQ users and their privileges.

What is Transfer?

Transfer is synchronized data traffic limit between apps within chosen BIZLYNQ plan.

How to know how much traffic limit do I need?

Let’s try it on a simple example: If you have two apps to integrate (such as CRM and email marketing platform) and the data to be sent is regular contact data (like profile photo, address, email, description) we might assume such a contact has about 200 KB of data. Where if you have a contact without a photo – it’s only 20 KB.

Let’s assume you’re synchronizing a very big number of contacts. In order to reach the limitation in a BASIC plan you probably should be sending about 50 contacts with a photo, or about 500 contacts without a photo.

I need to integrate more data than you offer in your Starter, Basic or Advanced plans. But I don’t need as many features as the most expensive plans offer, what should I choose?
